Icardi poked rivals Milan with his Instagram post

Even without the services of Mauro Icardi, Inter managed secured victory in the big derby against Milan in Serie A (3-2), and this was enough for the former captain of the "Nerazzurri" to send a message that definitely delight the fans of his club.
